LP Capital Group offers clients access to short-term loan programs that provide funding for purchasing and fixing a property with the speed and flexibility investors expect. Our experienced team will work diligently, keeping our valued client in the loop at every stage, ensuring the loan is underwritten and processed smoothly and quickly. While all deals are unique, hard money lenders will generally lend up to 90% of the purchase price and 100% of the rehab costs.
